Behaviorist Approach: In this approach, our personality is based on our experiences. A man may be unimpassioned to others because the people he grew up with are unimpassioned to him.
Psycho dynamic Approach: Behavior is motivated by innate drives which changes within the course of development. Changes are called as the stages of development which forms the personality; oral, anal, phallic, latent and genital stages. It is also based on the id, ego and super ego. Id is present when we are born and the source of our needs. Ego and super ego was just formed through time and changes because of our experiences.
